• $7 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $100!
• Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
• FREE local pickup is available in Plant City, Florida (select this option at checkout).
• Shipping delays may occur during holidays, and we are not responsible for items arriving late.

Returns:

• Returns must be requested and postmarked within 14 days of your purchase date.
• Items must be in new condition with tags attached, no odors, pet hair, or damage.
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Final sale items (jewelry, bodysuits, swimwear, etc.) are non-returnable, with no exceptions.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
