Shipping & Returns Policy (Effective August 1, 2024)
Shipping:
- Flat-Rate Shipping: We offer $7 flat-rate shipping for all U.S. orders. Enjoy FREE shipping on orders over $100!
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Local Pickup: FREE local pickup is available in Plant City, Florida. Simply choose this option at checkout and collect your order from our store.
- Holiday Shipping: During peak holiday periods, shipping delays may occur due to carrier overload. We recommend placing your orders early. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Returns:
We strive to ensure our customers love their purchases. However, if you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.
- Return Window: All returns must be requested and postmarked within 14 days from the date of purchase (in-store) or delivery (online).
- Condition of Items: Items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, free from odors, pet hair, stains, or any signs of wear and damage. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at Sweetrootsapparel@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Return Credits: All eligible returns will be issued store credit only. No cash or card refunds will be provided. Store credit will be issued via email within 7 days of return acceptance.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Rhinestone apparel
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Drinkware
- Purses
- Head accessories
- Bath and beauty products
- Skincare products
- Kids toys
- Home décor
- Candles, room sprays, and stationary products
- Last chance, deal-priced, and discounted items
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at Sweetrootsapparel@gmail.com or call us at (813) 704-6217.
You must notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item once your return is accepted.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds. Store credit will be issued for eligible returns as outlined above.
