Size of belt depends on where it will be worn, either on the hip or high waist. 

110cm fits sizes 0-8 (Euro size 95)

125cm fits sizes 9-16 (Euro size 110)

A hole can be easily punctured with a leather puncture to fit your size. (You can find in most Michaels stores)
